Description
English: Development of the SIV plexus in wild-type and silent heart embryos. Related to Fig 1B and Fig 1C. Time-lapse movies showing the SIV plexus development in Tg(fli1a:EGFP)y1 embryos between ~36–94 hpf, in wild-type (up) and silent heart morpholino–injected embryo (down). The movies were acquired using a custom-built multidirectional SPIM (mSPIM). The side projections are shown in yellow, and the black-and-white movies are corresponding cross sections. For imaging details, see Materials and Methods. Scale bar: 100 μm.
