Omschrijving: Een Engel komt op Johannes af, neemt hem mee naar een hoge berg en toont hem het nieuwe Jeruzalem, neerdalend uit de hemel. Boven de stad een lam. Elk van de twaalf poorten van de stad wordt bewaakt door een engel (Op. 21). Met een motto in het Latijn boven de voorstelling en een vierregelig onderschrift in het Latijn onder de prent. De prent maakt deel uit van een album.
