| Description |
Deutsch: Am 28. September 2012 engleiste zwischen dem Wiener Westbahnhof und Penzing die Lokomotive Baureihe 1116 und der erste Wagen eines nach Salzburg fahrenden Intercitys. Reisende und Zugspersonal bleiben unverletzt, aber es kam zu erheblichen Sachschäden. Die Entgleisung wurde durch Einschalten eines Ersatzsignals ohne ausreichende Fahrstraßenprüfung verursacht. Kurz vor dem Befahren des Zugs wurde eine Weiche umgestellt. Das Stellwerk war wegen einer technischen Störung nur eingeschränkt benutzbar. |
