The movie was taken using the upright microscope (Leica, DM, German) with the objective lens (Leica, HCX PL FLUOTAR 10/0.30 PH1) at 22 fps using phase contrast imaging. The display frame rate is also 22 fps. In this movie we can observe that the cells are easily swimming away from the solid surface. |
