| Description |
c/n 58 Although intended for military reconnaissance, the single-seat REP type K proved unsuitable because the wing blocked the view of the ground from the cockpit. It was used only during the Autumn of 1914 before being replaced by aircraft types which placed the observer in a nacelle with an unrestricted view. As for the REP Type K, this genuine example is the only known survivor and is on display in the Great War Hall. Musée de l'air et de l'espace. Le Bourget Airport, Paris, France. 12th July 2022 |
