Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 Leukocyte adhesion efficiency in vivo after blocking TLR4. C57BL/6 WT mice were pretreated with rat anti-mouse TLR4 antibody 1A6 + PTx. RmTNF-α was applied to the mouse scrotum. As in Supplementary movie S1, the scene was recorded for 2 min, and movie generated as uncompressed .avi files and then converted into .m4v format (25frames/sec).
