Description Mandan Hidatsa Arikara Tribal Chairman Mark Fox (far left) discusses the impact oil drilling has had on tribal communities along the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation in Western North Dakota with FBI Director James P. Comey (center) and Special Agent in Charge Richard T. Thornton of the Bureau’s Minneapolis Field Division during an aerial tour June 6, 2016. The tour was part of Comey’s visit to the reservation, where he met with state, local and tribal leaders to discuss the Bureau’s support in fighting rising crime caused by the oil boom.
