Description
English: Abbeville, LA January 21, 2006 - Captain Scott Landry of the LA National Guard explains some of the proposals for rebuilding Louisiana to Rebecca Shirley of the Abbeville Chamber of Commerce. Thirty-one open houses were held today in twenty four parishes as part of "Louisiana Speaks" a cooperative program by FEMA and the LA Recovery Authority. Photo by Greg Henshall / FEMA
