Description
English: Twin Creek State Park, WV, July 22, 2001 -- Teri Crisp, founder of the Emergency Animal Rescue Service, feeds a 4-week-old puppy found in West Virginia's recent flood disaster area. FEMA works with EARS in disasters, since many people will not seek shelter for fear of abandoning their animals.
