Description
Deutsch: Frankfurt am Main, Stadtteil Ginnheim: Das Ginnheimer Wäldchen ist ein nur wenige Hektar großes Stück Laubwald im Nordosten des Niddaparks. Das Waldstück wird sehr zurückhaltend bewirtschaftet; Holzeinschlag beschränkt sich auf das Freihalten der Waldwege und das Fällen sturzgefährdeter Bäume. Die Ränder des Ginnheimer Wäldchens sind durch dichtes Unterholz (verschiedene Sträucher und junge Bäume) charakterisiert; in dessen Innerem ist der Boden von einer spärlichen Krautschicht sowie von Totholz in allen Größen bedeckt.
