Description Die Auszeichnung "Beste Hunderschaft des Kreises" innerhalb des Kreises Pirna, der deutschen Volkspolizei.Die Fahne war bestickt und genäht. Das Wappen war eines der ersten der -Deutschen Volks-Polizei-. Das wurde später in der Mitte durch das DDR Wappen ersetzt. Jeder Kreis der DDR hatte so eine Fahne verliehen; innerhalb seines Kreisgebietes.
