Description Die Fahne durfte nur von der Partei hier genutzt werden. Der Kreis Pirna hatte automatisch die DBD. Demokratische Bauernpartei Deutschlands. Pirnawar Kreisstadt und Der DBD hatte damit auch einen Kreisverband von Pirna. Und da es üblich war, dass Institutionen aller Art zu DDR Zeiten eine eigene Fahne oder Banner hatten, hatte Pirna auch eben diese Fahne vom Kreisverband Pirna.
