Deutsch: Eine von vielen Dubletten des Selbstporträts von Albrecht Dürer (lange als Fälschung angesehen). Diesem Gemälde fehlen links oben die Signatur-Buchstaben »AD« von Albrecht Dürer. Daher kann es sich nicht um eine Fälschung handeln, sondern es ist eine Dublette des Originals, die zu einer Zeit angefertigt wurde, als die Fotografie noch nicht erfunden war und das Abmalen die einzige Möglichkeit war, ein farbiges Abbild herzustellen. "Der Maler dieser Kopie ist völlig unbekannt", so Frau Dr. Kubach-Reutter im NN-Artikel: »Selbst Pelzrock-Kopie wirbelt Staub auf« vom 01.03.2012 08:00 Uhr. Untersuchungen des Germanischen Nationalmuseums in Nürnberg, darunter Röntgenaufnahmen oder Infarotbestrahlungen, haben nun auch vor wenigen Tagen ergeben, dass die Kopie, von der die Nürnberger lange glaubten, sie sei von Küfner, nicht von ihm sein kann. „Das Bild ist vor 1786 gemalt, Küfner lebte jedoch von 1760 bis 1817“, so Frau Dr. Kubach-Reutter im Dürerhaus. Das Gemälde wird seit 01.03.2012 im Dürerhaus ausgestellt, nachdem es fast zwei Jahrhunderte in der Gemälde- und Skulpturensammlung der Museen der Stadt Nürnberg mit der Nummer: Gm51 archiviert war. |
