English:
Three storey corner bulding. Planned by/and built to: István Paulheim (János Paulheim too?) Contractor: János Hudetz. Built in 1892. Here lived plaques (on Városligeti fasor side) to: Gabriella Faber painter AND Antal Fleischer conductor music educator. Also (without plaque) here lived Ms. Renée Erdős writer. - The building built on the place of the garden of the 19th century Villa Wurm. Also in the 1850s here was a wooden German language Thalia Theatre. - The building was participiant of the Budapest100 architectural-cultural festival in 2018 - 1 Felső erdősor/Felsőerdősor Street = 2 Városligeti fasor (former Gorkij fasor ), 6th district of Budapest.
