« Sur cette photo d’époque du hall d’accueil de la résidence de Marius, la peinture qui couvre initialement le décor du dôme représente une jeune femme sur une escarpolette. Cette œuvre est attribuée à Alfred Faniel. En 2003, lorsque les repeints de censure commandés par les Pères de Sainte-Croix sont retirés, la restauration du dôme dévoile une toute autre œuvre, peinte cette fois par Guido Nincheri. » – Les musées d'histoire de Montréal
