Tennessee 96 Double Arch Bridge- Milepost 438 and access road Physical Description and Site Location: Birdsong Hollow Bridge parking lots, the upper parking lot located on the North side of the bridge, and Birdsong Hollow access road parking lot directly off Tennessee Highway 96.Area #2: Grassy area to the west of the parking lot and north of the information bulletin board. The area will measure fifty feet by twenty feet providing 1000 square feet of available space.
