Tennessee 96 Double Arch Bridge- Milepost 438 and access road Physical Description and Site Location: Birdsong Hollow Bridge parking lots, the upper parking lot located on the North side of the bridge, and Birdsong Hollow access road parking lot directly off Tennessee Highway 96. Area #1: Third and fourth parking spaces located on the south end of the Birdsong Hollow Parking lot. The area will measure twenty feet by seventeen feet providing 340 square feet of available space.
