Deutsch: Das Konzept für das Mahnmal von Fischlham stammt von den Künstlern Kropshofer und Lohninger aus Linz. Es stellt eine zeitgemäße Form eines Kriegerdenkmals dar. An der Außenwand befindet sich ein Zitat des spanischen Philosophen George Santayana (1863-1953).
English: The concept for the Fischlham memorial comes from the artists Kropshofer and Lohninger from Linz. It represents a contemporary form of a war memorial. On the outer wall is a quote from the Spanish philosopher George Santayana (1863-1953).
