Čeština: Vlajka obce Svijanský Újezd, okres Liberec. List tvoří tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, žlutý a modrý, v poměru 1 : 6 : 1. Ve žlutém pruhu polovina modrého lva s červenou zbrojí držícího v pravé tlapě zelený stonek lnu se třemi modrými květy. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
