An U.S. Army Soldiers from 3rd Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, looks out over the Diyala River Valley Dec. 27, 2008. The U.S. Army is partnering with the Iraqi army to clear the Diyala River Valley and disrupt al-Qaida in Iraq networks and weapons caches in and around the Diyala province of Iraq.
