| Description | AICHI, Japan (March 21, 2011) Lt. Cmdr. Ewell Hollis, a physician assigned to III Marine Expeditionary Force, examines a Japanese woman who broke her arm during the tsunami at an emergency shelter established at a school. U.S. armed forces and Japan Ground Self-Defense Forces are surveying the school for plans to establish power, food and water supply lines in support of Operation Tomodachi after a 9.0 earthquake and subsequent tsunami struck Japan March 11.
