Description

SAN DIEGO (Sept. 14, 2012) Chief petty officers are presented their chief petty officer combination covers during a chief petty officer pinning ceremony at Naval Base Coronado. Thirty-six Sailors from class 119 of the Greater San Diego Chief Petty Officer Association were frocked to the rank of chief petty officer.
