Description

HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (Oct. 27, 2012) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus lands with Maj. Gen. Charles M. Gurganus, commanding general of I MEF in Afghanistan after an aerial tour of the area. Mabus met with senior leaders, Sailors and Marines to discuss security in the region and to thank them for their service and sacrifice.
