Description

SAN DIEGO (Oct. 29, 2011) Tamra Codron, center, Logistics Career Field Manager, and Lt. Jg. Katie Newsom, Logistics Intern, both from Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command discuss employment opportunities at the Department of the Navy's 3rd Annual Wounded Warrior Hiring and Support Conference. The two-day conference was a combined effort to promote education and training, career development and long-term employment support for wounded, ill and injured service members and disabled veterans. The U.S. Navy has a 237-year heritage of defending freedom and projecting and protecting U.S. interests around the globe. Join the conversation on social media using #warfighting.
