Description PORT GENTIL, Gabon (July 7, 2011) Seaman Jacob J. Lemke, assigned to High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV 2), shows a group of Gabonese children a video camera during a community service event for Project Handclasp at the Les Cocotiers Catholic School. Swift is in Gabon as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS) 2011, an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
