Johnny Johnson, right front, from Billings, Mont., assigned to the 823rd Red Horse, discus plans to assist with dewatering at the Rockaway Water Pollution Control Plant. Wasp, USS San Antonio (LPD 17), and USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) are positioned in New York Harbor to provide relief support to areas affected by Hurricane Sandy.
