PHILIPPINE SEA (April 7, 2012) Sailors assigned to Assault Craft Unit (ACU) 5 build a personnel transport module on a landing craft air cushion (LCAC) in the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46).
