Description EAST CHINA SEA (March 11, 2012) Members from the first class petty officer’s association prepare to offer a wreath during the first Operation Tomodachi remembrance ceremony aboard the forward-deployed amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46). The ship provided humanitarian aid and disaster relief after a 9.0 magnitude earthquake struck Japan March 11, 2011.
