CORONADO, Calif. (Sept. 11, 2012) Chief petty officer selectees, assigned to various commands throughout Navy District Southwest, hold an American flag to be retired during a flag retirement ceremony at Naval Amphibious Base Coronado. During the ceremony the selectees of class 119 of the Greater San Diego Chief Petty Officers Association retired 52 flags.
