NEW YORK (May 24, 2012) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert meets with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell at NFL headquarters. Greenert visited the NFL headquarters to exchange ideas with executives on efforts to help prevent traumatic brain injuries. Greenert also discussed the Navy's partnership with the NFL to recruit athletes who try out for teams and do not get selected, but are excellent candidates for naval special warfare programs.
