Description POLARIS POINT, Guam (March 22, 2011) Sailors and civilian mariners assigned to the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) lower a 3,000-pound inert presettable launchable vehicle torpedo onto a munitions transporter during a training exercise. Frank Cable conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed in U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
