Description

Sgt. David Reeves, a survey team member with the 35th Civil Support Team, West Virginia National Guard, sets up a chemical lab as part of Operation Vigilant Guard, Tuesday, March 24, 2009, near Ponce, Puerto Rico. Reeves and other members of the 35th CST set up the lab as part of a scenario in which terrorists have acquired weapons of mass destruction, and CSTs from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands help civil authorities negate the threat.
