Description
Français : Animation du fonctionnement d'un microtome de type Minot : le porte-objet mobile est approché d'une lame fixe. L'échantillon, dans un bloc de paraffine, peut ainsi être découpé en de fines lamelles, dont l'épaisseur peut être réglée. Le modèle de microtome représenté est un microtome du fabricant Sartorius, datant des années 60.
