Description
English: (a) Flaring chalice cut at the bottom and engraved with the figures of the Four Continents between rocaille columns. Asia with crescent sceptre and camels; Europe with globe and sceptre; Africa in feather skirt and headdress, with monkey and elephant; America in feather skirt, collar and headdress, with lion, crocodile and camel. Cut, short baluster stem and foot. (b) Cover, engraved with scrolls, and a cut knob, gilt, like rim of cup.
