Description The Franklin Eddy Canal near Alamosa, Colorado. The canal is part of the Closed Basin Project. A Bureau of Reclamation project, it carries water from the San Luis Closed Basin to the Rio Grande. The view is towards the east and towards Blanca Peak from S 116 Road.
