Transcription: Baileys but there were all out. Mr. & Mrs. B. gone to Brookline & S.A. somewhere else. I sent last week’s Liberator. This week’s is not yet come. We have had a letter from Prince Beal stating that he could not afford to send his daughter to so expressive a school. You will have heard I suppose of Capt. Moorfield’s death & of Miss Andrews’. Warren some thinks of coming down in a chaise tomorrow morning. If he does he can bring you in & perhaps Aunt Mary too. I met S. Tufts in the street yesterday & she was very civil. Maria Goodwin has left Mr. Bailey & set up for herself. Give my love to all. The things came safe by Henry Cowing but I shall not write out by him. We shall probably hear from Hervey by Tuesday night.
