Description
English: Sketch and plan of a fruit and vegetable cellar by J B Legg archictect. Ideally the cellar should be built partially buried in a hillside to keep an even temperature in the building throughout the year. A full description can be found on p820 in Henry B. Scammell's 1897 handbook Cyclopedia of Valuable Receipts, a guide to all and sundry with 2000 illustrations.
