Demonstrates the effects of dirt, stains, and paper aging on a histogram. Attempts at quick fixes by overreliance on auto settings and cutting corners on restoration can yield bizarre results. But when used for preview purposes only, this can be useful in estimating the eventual result of a careful restoration.
