Description
Deutsch: SS-Ehrendolch (oder auch SS-Dolch), Ehrenwaffe der Schutzstaffel im Dritten Reich. Hakenkreutz, Scheide, usw. In der Klingenmitte ist der Wahlspruch der SS „Meine Ehre heißt Treue“ eingeätzt. Frühe Fertigung: 1933–1935: Herstellerlogo, Scheide schwarz brüniert, Griff aus Ebenholz, Parierstange mit römischen Zahl (I-München, II-Dresden und III-Berlin). English: The SS-Ehrendolch ("SS honour dagger"), an honour weapon of the SS of the Nazi Party (NSDAP). Model designed in 1933, with scabbard and hanger, decorated with Nazi style German imperial eagle clutching a swastika and the SS runes. The motto Meine Ehre heißt Treue is inscribed on the blade.
