Description

There's a lot happening in this GOES-16 (GOES East) view of the continental United States from October 11, 2019. The nor'easter centered southeast of New England has become Subtropical Storm Melissa and an early-season winter storm swirling over the Midwest is delivering blizzard conditions to parts of North Dakota.
