Description
English: Spatiotemporal changes in TC10 activity at the plasma membrane of extending neurites. PC12 cells expressing Raichu-TC10/K-RasCT were treated with 50 ng/ml NGF for 24 h and then imaged every 2 min for 1 h. The numbers indicate the elapsed time (in min). A bar, 5 μm.
