Images were acquired 0 to 200 μm from the hippocampal surface at 5-μm intervals. Grayscale images of the G-CaMP7 and DsRed2 signals are shown on the left and right, respectively. Depths are indicated in the upper left corner of the movie. The size of the imaged area is 254 x 254 μm (512 x 512 pixels). |
