A-3 Omschrijving: Gezicht op Huis Doorn, met rechts een ophaalbrug, in de situatie omstreeks 1636. Op de voorgrond twee figuren. Vervaardiging Vervaardiger: prentmaker: Abraham Rademaker (vermeld op object), naar tekening van: Roelant Roghman Plaats vervaardiging: Amsterdam Datering: 1725 - 1803 Materiaal: papier Techniek: etsen / graveren (drukprocedé) Afmetingen: plaatrand: h 81 mm, blad: b 111 mm (binnen plaatrand afgesneden) Toelichting Het onderschrift onder de prent is onjuist, afgebeeld is Huis Doorn bij Doorn. De illustratie is gebruikt bij de beschrijving van Slot Loevestein, maar het eigenlijk gaat om een afbeelding van Huis Doorn, zoals getekend door Roelant Roghman omstreeks 1647. Prent ook gebruikt in: Rademaker, Abraham. Kabinet van Nederlandsche outheden en gezichten: vervat in 300 konstplaaten (…). 2 delen. Amsterdam: Willem Barents, 1725, dl. 2, ill. 156. Na 1725 is deze prent nog in verschillende heruitgaven verschenen, uitgegeven in 1727-1733, 1770-1771 en 1792-1803. Uit welke uitgave het huidige exemplaar precies komt is niet na te gaan.
