Nederlands: Objectgegevens Titel: Gezicht op de Leuvehaven Wz na de brand bij de stoomsuikerraffinaderij van P.H. Tromp Beschrijving: Liggend formaat. Olieverf op paneel. Van over het water van de Leuvehaven gezien naar het westen; op de kade een brandspuit en op de voorgrond boten in de Leuvehaven. Op de achtergrond rechts het silhouet van de Schotse Kerk aan het Vasteland. Het poortje in het midden is de ingangspartij van het afgebrande huis van Hendrik Rochussen (de vader van de schilder) aan de Leuvehaven westzijde, ten zuiden van de van de Wijde Nieuwsteeg en aan de achterzijde uitkomend op de Herderstraat. Het huis ging verloren na een geweldige brand op 13 mei 1849 in de stoomsuikerraffinaderij van P.H. Tromp aan de Leuvehaven.
