Description Two 20,000-gallon tanks await placement next to the construction site for a new general instruction building at the Presidio of Monterey, Calif., March 22, 2013. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District is overseeing construction of the building, which is designed to reach a silver rating under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program. The dual 20,000-gallon tanks will collect rain water from parking lots surrounding the building to supply an irrigation system. (U.S. Army Photo by Jack Davies/Released)
