Português: Golfinhos. Delphinus delphis Os golfinhos são mamíferos da ordem Cetácea e da família Delphinidae, a maior família da ordem, com 37 espécies conhecidas e presentes em águas doces e salgadas. Podem atingir 40 km/h a nadar e saltar até 5 metros para fora da água. São muito sociáveis, vivendo em grupos e podendo interagir com outras espécies.O golfinho mais comum é o Delphinus delphis, mas podendo aparecer no mar da Madeira o golfinho manchado, Stenella frontalis, o roaz corvineiro, Tursiops truincatu e outros. |
