A small green-backed frog sits on a cement block.

Gray treefrog complex includes Gray Treefrogs (Hyla versicolor) and Cope's Gray Treefrog (Hyla chrysoscelis) which can be indistinguishable apart from their DNA and calls. The Gray Treefrog Complex can actually change color from gray to green, tan, or brown. Treefrogs sometimes seek damp seclusion inside the historic buildings during summer.
