Français : Détail de la grille en fer forgé de la fenêtre de la porte du 6 rue de la Source de l'hôpital à Vichy. On distingue au centre les lettre H et C entremelées, initiales d'Hubert Colombier qui avait ouvert une banque dans cet immeuble à la fin du XIXe siècle. Non loin de là, il avait loti un terrain de villas et créé la voie privée les desservant, voie privée devenue aujourd'hui publique et qui porte son nom : la rue Hubert-Colombier. English: Wwrought iron gate details of the 6 rue de la Source of the Hospital door window in the French spa city of Vichy. In the center, H and C intertwined letters can be seen, initials for Hubert Colombier, who founded a bank in this building at the end of the 19th century. Not far from there, he had also purchased and subdivided a plot, builded rich villas and created a private road to serve them, a road which has now become a public one and which bears his name: rue Hubert Colombier. |
