Description
Føroyskt: Gunnar Zachariasen var ein evnaríkur føroyskur fótbóltsleikari, ið doyði alt ov ungur, bert 22 ára gamal, í arbeiðsvanlukku í Havn 25. sep. 2014. Í ungdómsárunum spældi hann við Brøndby U17 og U19. Hann spældi við føroysku U19 og U21 landsliðunum. Á U21 gjørdi hann 4 mál í 11 landsdystum. Hann spældi við EB/Streymi í 2013-14 og við B36 seinna helming í 2012. Henda myndin er tikin, tá hann spældi við B36 í dysti suðuri í Vági móti FC Suðuroy.
Dansk: Gunnar Zachariasen var en færøsk fodboldspiller, som døde i en tragisk ulykke i Tórshavn i en alder af 22 ár. Ulykken skete natten til den 25. september 2014. Han var aktiv fodboldspiller og havde en lovende fodboldkarriere foran sig. Han havde spillet 11 kampe for Færøernes U21 landshold, og flere har udtalt sig om, at det kun var et spørgsmål om tid, før han også ville have spillet for Færøernes A-landshold. Han spillede for EB/Streymur fra 2013 til han døde. Før det spillede han et halt år med B36 Tórshavn, hvor dette billede også er taget (august 2012), og så spillede han med Brøndby i ungdomsårene med U17 og U19.
English: Gunnar Zachariasen was a Faroese football player, born 1992, died in a tragic accident on board a fishing vessel in Tórshavn on 25 September 2014. He played 11 matches for the Faroe Islands U21 national team and scored 4 goals for the team. He played for EB/Streymur in 2013 and 2014 until his death. He played for B36 Tórshavn in 2012, this photo is from a match between B36 Tórshavn and FC Suðuroy in August 2012.
