Description
Nederlands: Beschrijving Scheepsbouwloods in aanbouw van binnen gezien

Scheepsbouwloods op de nieuwe werf van de Nederlandsche Scheepsbouw Maatschappij (N.S.M.) aan de overkant van het IJ . De nieuwe werf was gelegen tegenover de Houthaven op de hoogte van Zijkanaal I en voerde het adres Cornelis Douwesweg 1. De werf werd op 6 oktober 1922 in gebruik genomen door een begin te maken met de bouw van twee drijvende dokken. Tegelijk was het terrein aan de Conradstraat ook nog in vol bedrijf; dit werd in 1926 definitief gesloten.
